Information submitted to Elevated Power will be used for meeting reminders and sharing content via SMS or email. SMS messages will include meeting times and who is attending the appointment.
You can unenroll from the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the toll free number. After sending “STOP”, you will be immediately unenrolled from SMS service and you will not longer receive SMS messages from Elevated Power. To re-enroll in SMS appointment reminders, resubmit the website form and confirm that you would like to receive SMS reminders. This form can be found here.
If you are experiencing any issues with the SMS messaging service, you can reply to the toll free number with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance. You also can email Elevated Power at ben.kurtz@elevated-power.com for additional assistance.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent from Elevated Power to the customer or from the customer to Elevated Power. If you have any questions regarding your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

1. Use of Our Website

3. Estimates & Pricing
- Written estimates are valid for the time period specified on the estimate.
- Final pricing may vary if unforeseen conditions arise (including but not limited to code requirements, site conditions, or customer-requested changes).
- Any changes to scope of work may result in additional charges.
Customers will be notified of material changes before additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate, invoice, or service agreement.
You agree to:
- Pay all charges associated with your service
- Provide accurate billing information
- Pay any applicable taxes or permit fees
Failure to make payment may result in service delays, additional fees, or collection efforts as permitted by law.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, we request reasonable notice.
Elevated Power reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for late cancellations or missed appointments where technicians have already been dispatched.
6. Warranties & Disclaimers
Manufacturer warranties apply to generators and equipment as provided by the manufacturer (e.g., Generac).
Elevated Power may provide workmanship warranties as specified in your service agreement.
Except as expressly stated in writing:
- Services are provided “as is”
- We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevated Power shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of income, profits, or business interruption
- Damages resulting from delays beyond our control (including weather, supply chain disruptions, permit delays, or utility issues)
Our total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Labor shortages
- Supply chain disruptions
